Scythe 3D model

This is a model I created in Maya, rendered in Blender, and textured in Photoshop. The theme was to create a scythe, and I used references from real farming tools and models from other games to achieve the desired look. The creation process helped me improve my skills in all the software I used. In Maya, I became quicker at spotting and fixing ngons and creating UVs for more efficient workflows. In Photoshop, I refined my ability to apply textures appropriately, and in Blender, I improved my rendering and lighting setup. While the overall scythe model fits the theme, my main issue was with the background chosen for the final render. Although it matches the color scheme, the colors clash too much, which detracts from the model. This is something I would avoid in future projects.
