Plague Doctor Attack animation

This is a basic attack animation for the main character in a game called Plague Eater. The goal was to portray a simple scythe swing. I rigged the character and set up constraints to ensure the scythe moved correctly in his hand. Created in Maya, the animation relied on key principles such as secondary action and timing to give the swing a proper sense of weight and prevent stiffness after the swing. However, the model’s poor topology caused some awkward movements, and the swing itself feels a bit stiff. These are areas I plan to focus on and improve in future projects as my skills in animation improve.
